Drawing lessons from HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd and the cancellation of its northern leg, his keynote address explored how the industry and government can improve decisions about key transport projects and rebuild public confidence in infrastructure delivery particularly by embracing a digital future and the radical new solutions this brings.
